Born in Stockkholm in 1921, Ditte Hood was a Swedish artist who studied in Stockholm at the Konstfackskolan and at Grünewald's Målarskola. Hood participated in numerous Swedish exhibitions between 1955-1983 and international exhibitions in Italy, Spain and France, between 1968-1970.

Her work can be found in museums in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö, Sweded.
