Fabián Cerón was born in 1996 in San Jose, California and grew up near Wausau in Central Wisconsin.

Studying under the direction of Joseph Mougel, Lindsey Lochman, and Allen Morris, multi-disciplinary artist, Fabián Cerón completed a BFA in studio art with an emphasis in photography from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. In 2019, Cerón was selected to participate in the 40th Annual SECURA Fine Arts Juried Exhibition at the Trout Museum in Appleton, WI, awarding him as 90 of Wisconsin’s most talented visual artists. He received his first public solo exhibition, "Decoction", held at Refraction Gallery at UW-Milwaukee in 2022.

Ceron’s photography is influenced by the expressive brush work of abstract expressionist movement and the aesthetic principles of Laszlo Maholy-Nagy’s experimental photography of the Bauhaus.
Cerón currently resides in Chicago, IL where he continues to develop his artwork, as the Director of Contemporary Art at Richard Norton Gallery.
